Payment policy

Applies to services booked on www.lepalmier.vn

Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts accepts payment through the OnePay gateway, using domestic cards from Vietnamese banks or international Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex and CUP cards.

Please follow these steps:

Step 1

On the payment page, fill in your personal details, choose one of the 2 payment methods and confirm that you agree to the booking terms.

Step 2

Depending on whether you pay with OnePay Vietnam (ATM card) or an international card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex, CUP), fill in the payment details for that method.

2.1. OnePay Vietnam (ATM card)

2.2. International cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex, CUP)

Entering international credit / debit card details

Step 3

Once payment is complete, Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts will send your booking/service confirmation to your registered email address.
