Trung Nguyen E-Coffee

Open from 06:30 to 22:30 every day, the café is where many guests start their morning: a strong Vietnamese coffee, a cold layered drink or something fruity and refreshing, with a view onto the festival streets.

Binh Ky Mi Gia

Heritage hand-pulled noodles from Cho Lon and authentic Hong Kong dim sum, served from 06:30 until 23:00 — a late-night menu included. The wonton noodles, with a clear, fragrant broth, are the dish people come back for.
