Booking Confirmation Policy
I. ROOM CONFIRMATION REGULATIONS

All Customer/Partner Service Requests must be submitted to Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts via a request form on the Website. www.lepalmier.vn, This will be done via email or text message before check-in. Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts will confirm the booking/service via the email address registered by the Guest.

Accommodation regulations: The maximum number of guests per hotel room (except in clearly stated special cases) is as follows:

Maximum 04 people in 01 bedroom including children under 12 years old: 03A & 01C or 02A & 02C.

Each room is only allowed one extra bed, subject to the policy of each hotel.

A surcharge applies for children aged 6 to under 12 years old, and an adult surcharge applies for guests aged 12 and above.

Exceptional circumstances: In certain exceptional circumstances (including but not limited to: force majeure events, resort upgrades and repairs, etc.), Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to relocate Guests to a different room/hotel of equivalent standard to the room/hotel that the Customer/Partner has booked and which has been confirmed by Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts.

Information to provide to the Hotel before arrival: To ensure guests receive the best service from the Hotel and to guarantee the security of customers/partners, please provide the following information to the Hotel's reservations department:

Flight information and estimated arrival time to the Hotel must be provided to the Hotel at least 05 days prior to the Guest's arrival date in case the Guest requires pick-up and drop-off services.

If the Customer/Partner fails to provide information on time, Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the booking, refuse to apply the promotional price under the Voucher, refuse to confirm the Service Request, agreement, or contract signed between the Customer/Partner and Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts. In that case, Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts will apply the published price at the hotel on the day of check-in if rooms are available, and the Partner will be fully responsible for resolving any customer complaints arising from the late provision of information.

Other special requests, such as rooms on higher floors or adjacent rooms, will be provided subject to the hotel's availability at the time of check-in.

II. REGULATIONS FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Unless otherwise stated or confirmed by the Hotel, the following check-in and check-out policies apply:

The above-mentioned early check-in/late check-out fees will be charged according to the Hotel's published rates (including promotional rates if applicable at the time of payment) when the Customer pays directly to the Hotel.
III. ROOM REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

When selecting services through the Website www.lepalmier.vn, The website clearly states the refund/cancellation policy applicable to each price level and promotional program.

If the website states "No refunds for cancellations," it means that the room package is not eligible for a refund if the guest requests cancellation/changes to the information in the Service Request.

If the website states "Cancel free before …", it means the customer has the right to change information or cancel the service request before the noted date.

The information change/refund policy applies to cancellation requests. Cancellation requests and service requests are also noted in the booking confirmation email sent to the booking recipient's email address after successful payment.

In case the Guest wishes to change information or cancel a service request for a refund, the Guest must contact the Hotel's reservations department directly.
